Paper Pieces:
- 1 BASE PAPER 5 X 9 at the 9 inch mark, score 1 and 4 on both sides
- 2 SIDE PANELS 4 X 2 at 2 inch side, score at 1/2, 1 & 1 1/2 at the 4 inch mark, score at 1/2 on both side
- 1 HANDLE 12 x 1 inch at the 1 inch side, score at 1/2
- 1 CLOSURE 1 x 6 fold in half at the inch 6 inch side
