Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on US orders from $24.99 to $150. Orders over $150 ship at calculated rates shown at checkout. Free shipping cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to wholesale orders.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping

We ship to Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and many other countries. International rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 5 days of the delivery confirmation, please contact us at support@bearly.art with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes using USPS.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@bearly.art with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to reach a satisfactory solution.
